Chakita Beverly​ AGPCNP-C, PMHNP-BC

With 24 years of experience in healthcare, Chakita is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. Chakita received her LPN, AA, and ADN degree from Holmes Community College of Grenada, MS. She graduated from UMMC School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Chakita received her MSN in AGPC and a post MSN certification specialization in PMH from Walden University. Chakita was an honor graduate in all programs. Certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Chakita brings a wealth of expertise to the care of youth, adult, and elderly patients, as well as individuals facing mental health challenges across the life span. Chakita is also a certified specialist in wound care.

Over the past 7 years as a nurse practitioner, Chakita has developed a deep understanding of the complex needs of adults and geriatrics, providing comprehensive primary care that focuses on prevention, management of chronic conditions, and improving overall quality of life. In addition, Chakita has extensive experience in the mental health field, offering personalized psychiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for a variety of mental health disorders for all age groups.

​Allow me to introduce myself and share my journey with you. I am a proudly hail from Greenwood, MS. I am a proud 2010 Honor graduate of Leflore County High School. After High school, I pursued my passion for recreation by attending Jackson State University, studying Recreation Administration. After gaining valuable experience in Houston, TX, I returned home with new skills and earned my certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. Today, I contribute to Second Chance Healthcare as an Assistant Office Manager and Intake Specialist, where I am dedicated to making a positive impact on our community.

Bridgett McGary is a retired educator, notary public, and the Marketing Director for Second Chance Healthcare. A native of Greenwood, MS, she brings a strong background in education to the healthcare field, using her expertise to promote health initiatives and community outreach. With a passion for service and lifelong learning, Bridgett is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and engaging for all.

Srilanka Tribblett is a dedicated and highly skilled Office Manager at Second Chance Healthcare, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the medical field. With an excellent track record in healthcare, she ensures seamless operation of office procedures, patient coordination, and medical billing processes. A high school graduate who pursued higher education, Srilanka earned an Associate’s Degree in Medical Billing and Coding, equipping her with in-depth knowledge of healthcare documentation, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management. Her strong leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to Second Chance Healthcare, where she is passionate about improving patient care and operational efficiency.
